Nikkie Allen - President
Nikkie has served 3 years as an active member on the in the Guild and on the Fundraising Committee. She is 34 years old. She and her husband Barrett Allen will be celebrating their ten year anniversary in September. Having been in the banking industry for 10 years, she is currently the Teller Supervisor at Southern Bank. Nikkie loves to travel, cook and relax on the beach! She believes being involved in the community you live and work in is so important and the Junior Guild allows her the opportunity to do so through volunteerism! She feels fortunate to have created beautiful friendships with some amazing women! |
Christie Webb - Recording Secretary
The 36-year-old, fourth year Junior Guild member enjoys giving back to her community by working together with women like herself in making a positive impact. Prior to being Recording Secretary, she served on the Fundraising Committee for 3 years. Christie has worked for Pfizer for 3 years and is currently a Senior Procurement Associate within Pfizer Global Procurement. She has over 13 years of experience working in the Supply Chain/Procurement sector. In addition to her position in the Junior Guild, Christie was elected President of the Elm City Optimist Club and Lt Governor for the Optimist NC East Zone 3. She also enjoys volunteering her time to support her local church, Battleboro United Methodist. Christie enjoys spending time with family, shopping, traveling, and trying new restaurants. |
Kristeena M. Beasley - Corresponding Secretary
Kristeena is serving as Corresponding Secretary as she completes her last year as an active Junior Guild Member. She has served on several committees during her time in the Guild, including Fundraising, Community Service, and Projects Co-Chair. She is dedicated to the Rocky Mount area and enjoys the opportunity to give back whenever possible and make new friends along the way. Kristeena is married to Allen Beasley and they have two boys, AJ (12) and Alex (10), and a Beagle, named Wilson. Family time is one of the biggest joys of her life. She has worked for BB&T for 17 years as a financial advisor and currently as a Small Business Specialist covering a regional territory meeting the financial needs of local small businesses. In addition to the Junior Guild, Kristeena also serves on the Communities In Schools Board, Twin Counties Crime Stoppers Board as well as Englewood Elementary School PTA Board. The Junior Guild has been one of the most rewarding organizations she has been a part of locally. She has met people in the community, participated in structured events, provided opportunities for local students and made life long friends that she would not have otherwise. She is very thankful for all that the Junior Guild does for our area. |
Michelle Chewning - Treasurer
She is in her sixth active year as a JG member. The 43-year-old works as a controller at Boice-Willis Clinic. She joined the Junior Guild to meet other women, learn more about the community, and volunteer. Her career as a controller and CPA led to her placement as Junior Guild treasurer. She likes to read, sitting on the beach and spending time with my family. |

Past President - Whitney Shearin
Whitney is a fourth year Junior Guild member who is serving in her first year on the Executive Board. She joined the Guild in 2014 after moving back to her hometown after working in Raleigh for five years. Following in the footsteps of her mom Deborah Shearin, a Sustaining Member of the Junior Guild, she joined in order to get involved in the local community and work together with other women in order to make an impact in Rocky Mount. Prior to being President, she served on the Fundraising Committee for two years and served as Vice President. Whitney works with her family's HVAC company Shearin Heating & Cooling, LLC. Her family has been serving the Rocky Mount community for over 50 years. In addition to her position in the Junior Guild, Whitney is also the Treasurer of Preservation Rocky Mount and Chairman of the Finance Committee at First Baptist Church.
